The Love Lori Michelle Jewelry web shop was closed from June through August 2024 while moving locations from California to London.
These have been some of the FAQ that have come up:

Q: Why are so many items shown as sold out? Will they be back-in-stock soon?
A: The hope was to re-open the shop with a proper launch party, lots of fanfare, and a newly designed collection. But, over the summer, our longtime jewelry supplier went out of business very suddenly and unexpectedly. Though there are many new designs ready to be made, they have not been produced yet! So while the shop is re-opened, you're only seeing what is in stock and ready to ship.

A: So many things!
1. New branding. The logo and colors got a little refresh this summer.

Q: Will all orders now ship from London? What will shipping costs be like?
A: Your orders will now ship from two origins: London and the US.
All orders placed from the US will ship (with the same two pricing options as before) from South Carolina. All orders placed in the UK and Europe will ship directly from the London studio. We are working on adding more shipping destinations soon!

Q: What does a new supplier mean?
For customers, you will not notice any changes here. The summer was spent committed to finding a new supplier that meets the quality that you have grown to know and expect from Love Lori Michelle Jewelry. Research and understanding of sustainability practices for a new partner/producer was high on the list of priorities. This search has taken time and effort away from the usual workflow, but the hope is to be back to normal operations this fall. A new supplier who can produce pieces to the quality level expected in all of our jewelry is coming soon!

Q: What about new materials and offerings?
A: Love Lori Michelle Jewelry is moving away from plated golds and will slowly be discontinuing pieces in this metal. All new gold offerings in the web shop will be Gold Vermeil only. You can read more about Materials here. Pieces will be clearly marked with type of metal at time of purchase.
